Hello tall, not-so-dark, and handsome! "Lovie" is the definition of a true gentle giant. While he may be huge, he's just as much a sweet, well-behaved gentleman. After his career as a racehorse, this guy transitioned into a track pony & trail horse with ease. He has been very loved his entire life by his owners, and it shows! He has a quiet demeanor, is calm under saddle, and has impeccable ground manners (he was wonderful for our vet & farrier!). Lovie does have an old, healed up injury from his racing days, and is suitable for flatwork only. But the potential is endless for him. He would be a wonderful partner on the trails, or could learn dressage with his beautiful movement. He also is great in turnout with his buddies, and gets along with every horse (& donkey) he's been with. Somebody is going to be very lucky to add him to their family!
