We’d like to introduce Chip. Chip is the nicest guy you can imagine. He is highly social with other horses, a big old puppy with people and an all-around good citizen. At about 16H and a gorgeous gray, this boy has a pretty floating trot that tells you he has Arab breeding in there somewhere. His background includes a lot of trail riding and even some dressage. He has nice feet, good ground manners, doesn’t spook and can be ridden by a confident, advanced beginner. Wh...y the latter? Because Chip is blind. A complete novice may not be able to give him directions he can understand, but Chip is confident and trusting with anyone who knows how to do that. If he gets confused, he will simply stop and wait for clarification. Chip has no known health issues, other than the uveitis that blinded him. Even with that, he is comfortable and requires only a mask, an unobstructed field or paddock, and some gentle friends who won’t bully him. Chip loves attention and would like to keep his job.
